Ginza boasts one of the busiest streets in Japan. Its reputation makes it a shopping destination not only in Japan but also from around the world.

Ginza Wako

The clock tower of the Wako main building is a Ginza landmark.
The bronze lion statue which is in front of Mitsukoshi Ginza is a popular meeting place.

Ginza combines several department stores, a total of 6, which include: Seibu Department Store, Hankyu Department Store are Yurakucho, Matsuya, Matsuzakaya, Mitsukoshi and Printemps. Many famous overseas retailers have setup flagship shops in Ginza.

Weekend afternoons on Chuo Street offer vehicle-free promenade.
